Froggy's Policies
We can create, edit and duplicate graphics. You are encouraged to send us whatever files you already have for your project to save time and money. We will always email you proofs until the artwork is given 'final approval.' Production time starts after final approval and a deposit has been received. This is our policy and we adamantly follow it.
Acceptable File Formats
- Vector formats such as .pdf, .eps, or .ai are preferred.
- High Resolution .jpg is usually acceptable depending on the application. A .jpg is not editable.
- Low quality files like .bmp, .gif and .png typically produce poor results.
- A low resolution jpg is used for proofing.
Please be aware:
- Estimates are good for 30 days.
- Setup and design fees must be paid in full in advance of design work.
- Deposits must be paid in advance of production. We require a 50% deposit on all orders with balance due at completion.
- Rush orders have a 30% surcharge and are to be paid in full in advance.
- Payments can be made with cash, check or Visa, MC or Discover. A 3% handling fee is added to credit and debit cards.

1) low res, 150dpi jpg for $25
2) high res, 300dpi jpg & vector eps and pdf for $75 - Lead times are subject to change without notice and are calculated at time of artwork approval and deposit.
